Gajanan Bakery is well known bakery in Kolhapur founded by Mr. Vitthal Babaji Mali in 1964. We specialises in Cakes, Breads, Pastries, Khari, Rusk, Sweets, Namkeen and many more bakery products. The second generation, Mr. Uttam joined the business in 1986, and studies deeply the bakery products. He expanded the business with new outlook in 1990.

Mr. Uttam married in 1996 with Suvarna and she also took active part in business from 2000. Diesel Fired Rotary oven was installed in 2000, and gradually all the hand process work was converted in Automatic machines process. They are maintaining the quality of products and introducing new products time to time.
